We hold almost
nothing about you.
Not as a promise — as a description of how the site is built. It runs no server and has no account database, so everything you enter stays in your own browser. Below is exactly what is stored, where, and who else sees a request.
Draft. Complete except for the company details, which are not guessed at here — each one is marked [ to confirm ] below, and this page must not go live until they are filled in.
The short version
- We run no server
- This site has no backend and no account database. Everything you enter stays in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us, because there is nowhere for it to be sent.
- We do not track you
- No analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no beacon, and no cookie set by us. Not “anonymised analytics” — none.
- We never see your card
- Checkout, billing and cancellation all happen on Whop. A card number never reaches this site.
- Two other parties see a request
- Google Fonts on every page, and Whop when you go to check out. Each is named below with what it receives. jsDelivr used to be a third, for the Terminal’s charting library; that file is now served from this site, so nothing about you reaches it.
What is stored, and where
Apart from the sign-in cookie explained under svfx.session, all of it is in your browser, under these keys. You can see it in your browser's developer tools, and clearing site data deletes all of it permanently — we hold no copy to restore it from.
svfx.session- No longer written. Your sign-in now lives in a signed, HttpOnly cookie that the member service sets when you sign in through Whop; scripts on the page cannot read it, and it lasts 30 days from sign-in and then expires. Signing out ends the session: the Sign out control posts to the member service, which clears the cookie and records a revocation, so any copy of it stops working on every device — not just this browser. The key never held a name, an email or an identifier.
svfx.tvuser- The TradingView username you submit on the indicators page, kept so the page can show you what was requested. On this prototype it is not transmitted; nothing is actually added to an invite list.
tmd_v1_*- Everything the Terminal holds — accounts, trades, journals, levels, reflections, plans, checklists, reviews and bias notes. Your whole trading record lives in this browser and nowhere else.
Two consequences worth being explicit about, because they cut both ways: nobody else can read your trading record, including us — and if you clear your browser data, use a different device, or open the site in a private window, it is gone and cannot be recovered. Export anything you care about.
Who else receives a request
- Google Fonts
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com, on every page, to load the Geist typeface. Your IP address and a standard request header reach Google. We send them nothing else and receive nothing back about you.- Whop
whop.com, when you follow a sign-up or billing link. Whop is the processor for the membership and will be the identity provider when sign-in goes live. What Whop collects is governed by Whop's own privacy policy, not this one.
What we do not do
- No selling or sharing
- There is no data to sell, and we would not. No advertising network, data broker or affiliate receives anything.
- No email marketing from this site
- This site has no mailing list and no form that sends us anything. Nothing you type on it reaches us.
- No profiling or automated decisions
- Nothing here scores, ranks or makes decisions about you.
Your rights, and how to use them
Most data-rights requests have an unusually direct answer here: because we hold nothing, you do not need us to act. Access and erasure are both things you can do yourself, immediately.
- Access
- Open your browser's developer tools and read the local storage keys listed above. That is the complete record.
- Erasure
- Clear this site's data in your browser. That deletes everything, permanently.
- Portability
- The Terminal's records are JSON in local storage and can be copied out directly.
- Anything we do hold
- Once sign-in is live, your membership record will sit with Whop. Requests about it go to Whop, or to us at [ to confirm — contact address ] and we will pass them on.
Children
This is not intended for anyone under 18, and the membership is not sold to under-18s.
