and what we claim.

One membership, cancellable any time through Whop. Everything here is educational: we publish analysis and draw structure, and every order is yours. Below is what is included, what you may do with it, and where our claims stop.

The short version

Education, not advice: Everything here is educational. It is not financial advice, not a recommendation to trade, and not a managed service. We are not a licensed adviser or broker and we never handle your money.
Your account, your decisions: We publish analysis and draw structure. Every order is yours. We are not responsible for any trade you place or any outcome of it.
You can lose money: Trading leveraged instruments carries substantial risk and you can lose more than you put in. Past results, our own included, do not predict future results.
Cancel any time: Through Whop, which handles the billing. We never hold your card.

The membership

One membership: Market Watch, On-Watch, the Terminal, the Library, the indicators and the Backtest Lab are one purchase. Nothing is sold separately and the longer billing terms differ only in price.
Billing: Sold and billed by Whop on the term you choose. Price changes do not apply to a term you have already paid for.
Cancelling: Any time, through Whop. Access runs to the end of the paid term.
Refunds: Handled under Whop's refund process. [ to confirm — our own refund window, if we offer one beyond Whop's ].
The backtest request: One request per month is included and does not roll over. A second in the same month is $100. A request we cannot state as a testable rule will come back to you with the reason rather than be guessed at.
If we change the offer: Surfaces may be added, and anything added is included at no extra cost. If a surface is withdrawn during a term you have paid for, we will tell you.

What you may and may not do with the content

Yours to use, personally: Read the guides, run the indicators on your own charts, and use the Terminal for your own trading, for as long as your membership is active.
Not yours to redistribute: Do not republish, resell, mirror or share the guides, the analysis, the briefs or the findings, in whole or in part, inside or outside a paid product of your own.
The indicators: Published as invite-only TradingView scripts, licensed to your own TradingView account for as long as you are a member. Do not share the account that holds the invite. Access is removed when a membership ends.
One person: A membership is for one person. Sharing a login, or distributing member content to people who are not members, ends the membership.
Quoting us: Short quotes with a link back are fine and welcome.

The limits of what we claim

Analysis can be wrong: It regularly is. Published analysis is our reading at the time of writing, and we publish the losses alongside anything that worked.
A backtest is not a prediction: It describes what happened in a fixed archive under a fixed rule. A result that held in the archive may not hold again, and the archive's own gaps and errors are part of the result.
The indicators draw, they do not decide: They do not generate signals and they do not tell you when to enter. A label can change as a session develops.
No availability promise: This is a small operation. We aim to publish every session and will say so when we do not. Nothing here is offered with an uptime guarantee.
No results promise: We do not promise profit, a win rate, or any particular outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as doing so.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or anything published on it.

Ending it

You: Cancel through Whop at any time, for any reason, without telling us why.
Us: We may end a membership for redistributing member content, sharing a login, or abuse of the community. Where the cause is not deliberate redistribution we will say what the problem is first.
Either way: Indicator access is withdrawn and member pages stop loading. Anything the Terminal holds is in your own browser and stays there — we cannot delete it and cannot recover it for you.

Changes, and who we are

If these change: A material change will be dated at the top of this page. The version you agreed to is the one published when you subscribed.
